About the project
The issue
Menerga’s new NX ThermoCond is a top-of-the-line product that they are proud of, but are unable to physically showcase at exhibitions due to its size.
Throughout the sales journey for specialised equipment, it is important that customers experience and understand the technical prowess of the product with their own eyes.
Menerga wanted to find a solution that would allow them to showcase their technology without having to go through the expensive and logistically-painful effort to transport the unit.
The solution
The customised solution for Menerga is an interactive 3D, VR application designed for guided use at exhibitions. The X-ray filter and airflow visualisation, together with real-time data, demonstrates how effective the NX ThermoCond is in its environment. The use of the VR app guided by a sales specialist, maximises the interaction, memorability and ultimately supports the sales journey.
Make the sales experience immersive
The app hosts a complete and functional photorealistic visualisation of the machinery. For example, the user can experience the airflow management of the NX ThermoCond, manipulate the settings to match their needs.
Watch how the application adapts to new settings and displays the data and response from the machinery. Whether operating the app with a sales specialist or alone, the user consumes the information in a comprehensive and memorable way.
Efficient training
Staff training can be an arduous and difficult task. The expectation is to memorise all technical information from written information sheets, with little to no hands on experience.
The 3D, VR application changes the landscape for training. Through the application, the trainee gets hands-on time to throughly learn how the machine works, and how various environmental factors affect its functionality.
