Systemair is one of the leading companies in the ventilation industry, with operations in more than 50 countries all over the world. Their main purpose is to create a healthy indoor environment with a wide range of HVAC systems.
In 2024, Systemair turned 50 and looked to re-imagine their exhibition experiences to reflect the success of their 50 years. They identified that their VOclean air handling units showed low awareness among the target market and therefore wanted to educate on the VOclean’s process of removing fat, odors, and particles from the air.
Systemair’s VOclean range is especially impossible to set up and demonstrate at an exhibition because of the scale of the units and lack of particles to remove. They needed a way to show the efficiency and performance to potential customers at exhibitions.
About the project
The customised solution for Systemair’s challenge, is an interactive 3D application that demonstrates the capabilities of particle removal achieved by VOclean units. Within various industrial kitchen environment, every configuration of the unit are demonstrated accurately and clearly.
Enhancing Exhibition Experience And Understanding
An interactive 3D app at exhibitions offers a dynamic experience beyond what a stationary unit can provide. While the physical unit offers a tangible connection, the app allows visitors to see the unit in action within a simulated industrial kitchen.
This lets clients explore settings, customise configurations, and see the impact on air quality in real time, enhancing understanding and engagement.
Additionally, features like real-time data and x-ray views of airflow give a deeper insight into the unit’s functionality, aiding informed decision-making.
Educate With Eye-catching Features
Through the informative side menu the user learns about the efficiency and power of the VOclean range. They can compare their own needs to the numbers and information in the application directly.
The X-Ray view of the systems shows users the process of particle removal and filtering of air. The view also displays the configuration of the system.
Visualising the end-customer’s environment demonstrates the flexibility of the VO-clean range.
